Berry Cauliflower Smoothie Recipe

Frozen riced cauliflower gives smoothies a thick and creamy consistency and a boost of veggie goodness while being undetectable to your little one's taste buds.  This smoothie is also great to make into homemade popsicles.

This smoothie recipe is suitable for babies 10 months and up, toddlers, big kids an grown ups.

Ingredients

Use organic whenever possible. Makes 2 servings.

1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower - using riced cauliflower makes it blend really seamlessly into the smoothie. You can rice your own cauliflower in your Sage Baby Puree & Blend food processor, put it in an airtight container and freeze or purchase at the store. Frozen riced cauliflower is readily available at most grocery stores

1 cup frozen berries - I like using raspberries and blackberries, but you can use any berry you like.

1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1/2 cup vanilla dairy free yogurt - I like So Delicious coconut milk yogurt the best.

Preparation

Place all ingredients into your Sage Baby Puree & Blend food processor and pulse until smooth - enjoy!  Pour into your Sage Squeezie for a healthy snack on-the-go!
